So far I am thinking nude classical heels and a silver shoulder bag. My jewelry will be white gold. Earrings will be long (4cm), together with a crystal minimalist necklace. Is this a good idea and should I consider anything over it (like a bolero or something) for when it gets colder or when I feel like covering my skin? Do I need bracelets or gloves, and what kind of rings are advisable?
Hi, looking for help please! I just purchased the Laia dress from Reformation in Yellow. I rarely put effort into my appearance and style, but I want to look good for my best friend’s wedding.
What would you recommend for:
* shoes
* hairstyle
* accessories
I am 5’3 - Asian.
Thank you!!
As the title says, I am 5ft exactly and absolutely love elegant, classy, businessy and timeless outfits but I sadly feel like I can never pull them off due to my height, I've tried many times. For example, blazers, business pants, waistcoats, basically anything that accentuates the shoulders, they all look a bit off on me. How can I dress in a similar aesthetic while actually looking good?
(Pic is not me)
Hellooo I got this skirt on a second hand market a few days ago. But I can not think of a way to style it. I was thinking my black high boots but the top is what i am struggling with. I am not sure what kind of top would fit it. I also dont like tight tops too much as I dont like my waist. It also twirls and is more of a normal length skirt which already i struggle with styling as I usually like to wear shorter skirts. Thanks already everyone for any advice🩷
These shorts were given to me a while ago, and I really like them. I wasn't able to fit them when they were first given to me, which is why I haven't worn them yet. I think they're very unique, but they're not something that I would usually wear so I don't know what to wear with them. How would you style this? I'm thinking maybe a bodysuit or a cropped top, but I feel like the cropped top looks too casual for these shorts. Any advice?
Sorry for the bad lighting, I have some fairly severe photophobia and it’s pretty bad today. Anyway I think this is pretty cute and I’m hoping to find a way to use it, the shirt is an XL but looks bigger than that. Doing a huge amount of wardrobe overhaul lately ❤️
I got these at goodwill for 2.5 dollars today (4.99 and half off day) cause I really liked the pleats when I got home and googled the name of the company (closed) realized they’re worth 350 dollars. I love the high waisted fit, but I can’t figure out how to style it. What color/kind/ fabric of top, what shoes?
wore this to my salon appointment. thrifted jeans. not sure it was the right call?
No I’m not 12 I promise, just autistic and REALLY like creepers. Bad at outfits though, so looking for advice 💚
What colour top would go well with the jeans? Also, I'm thinking of a different styling idea with a crop top and denim jacket. Please suggest a colour combination.
Currently trying to get back into feeling like myself again. I've just been rocking sweats and shirts for years and want to get back into wearing clothes I can feel confident and comfortable in. I just got these two tops and I love them but I'm drawing a blank on bottoms and shoes. Any suggestions (with pictures are preferable) on what would look good? For reference I'm 4'11 and prefer to not show too much skin (i.e butt cheeks) and would also love some options for shoulder covering as it gets cold at night.
Hi, I picked up this slightly too big sequin dress at a festival. Would prefer it to look flared/tutu ish at the bottom and it deffo looks better with a belt.
Any tips/ideas...dont mind some alterations if needed 😃 and also dont mind going a bit mad cos its for a festival
This is the same day, I feel like the slacks waistband did me dirty! I thought it was the material of the undershirt that wasn’t flattering. But the SAME undershirt and a pair of jeans fit much better.
I am rectangle shaped and wear dresses a lot. Being busty PLUS a short torso makes styling a lot harder.
I do Fit & flare or a-line dresses which are more flattering, and avoid pants in general. I am short so pants that fit the waist and aren’t too long are virtually impossible.
I am rebuilding my wardrobe completely. Please help!! Should I continue to avoid most pants types besides certain jeans?
For context, I'm wearing this to a evening semi formal christmas celebration at school, like there's going to be performances by students and musicians, etc, all students are invited and are allowed to bring a plus one.
The dress is much darker in person, though.
