Hi, I picked up this slightly too big sequin dress at a festival. Would prefer it to look flared/tutu ish at the bottom and it deffo looks better with a belt.

Any tips/ideas...dont mind some alterations if needed 😃 and also dont mind going a bit mad cos its for a festival
