advice?

I have been trying to loose fat but no matter what I do I still have this shape. I don’t know if I should being eating more. I have been going to the gym consistently and walking on the treadmill 3x per week but i still can’t fix this, any advice?

Am I skinny fat or just chubby? And how do I fix it

I actually despise my body 😭 I want a thinner waist, thinner stomach, and wider looking hips. I also want a nicer jawline and skinnier upper arms. How do I go about achieving this? I’ve never worked out before and have no clue where to start

117lbs, 5 foot 4, 21F tips pls. I've just been having a hard time losing that belly pooch and I don't know why! Cradio? Muscle mass needed? I've been eating Whole Foods and walking a lot for about 2 months now and I honestly haven't noticed much change.

Hi All!

I am 20 female, 56kg & 165cm, I am starting my 0.25 dose tomorrow! I know what you’re thinking that I don’t need it etc, but please understand I am doing it for my binge eating and to help me on my weight loss journey 🫶

Anyways, I wanted to ask for some advice around being able to get toned whilst losing weight and if anyone has any tips or suggestions I would love to hear!

skinnyfat to skinny

hi, im 5’3 and 119 pounds

i am currently skinnyfat, but i wanna get skinny.

i strength train 3x a week

i eat 120-130g protein

and i do 10k steps

but what confuses me is whether i should be on a calorie deficit or not.

some people say to bulk first and then cut, some say to eat at maintenance, some say to eat in a slight deficit while others say 300-400 deficit.

i want to be skinny overall, not much muscle definition (yes i do know muscle definition takes a long time to achieve for women)

idk what to do, should i be on a calorie deficit? id yes, then how much of a deficit should i be in? (my tdee is 2000 by the way)

I am so frustrated

A year or so ago, I lost 60 pounds. However, I lost it on a calorie deficit alone, not healthy eating or exercise. My diet for the last two years has consisted of brownies, peanut m&ms, candy corn, fries, and cake. I literally ate nothing of substance in 2 years. I am SO skinny fat, it’s ridiculous.

For the last year, I just let it be, because I was so happy to be within the normal weight range. Also because of severe depression. That really contributed to the junk food only thing.

A few days ago, I saw something on tv about a woman who was at a normal weight but ate like me, and she had fat all through her muscles. I got so grossed out that I started eating healthy, but it’s only been two days. I’m really afraid that I won’t be able to stick with it because I am still very depressed.

I am so frustrated because the people on the weight loss subs all get angry with me for posting there, even though I need to lose fat just as much as they do. Yes, I’m 5’6 and 129 lbs, but my muscles are so weak I can barely lift anything. I am no muscle and all fat.
