Shopee seller I consistently buy from suddenly blocked me?
Hello!! I mostly lurk here in reddit, hence I'm sorry in advance if this is not the proper subreddit for this discussion.
I've been a loyal customer from this shopee seller for maybe a year now. I always gave them good reviews. I don't really frequently buy from them, I've bought from them probably around 5 times, consistently, and often in bulk so I spend roughly at least P1000 if not more per purchase. They sell shelf-stable snacks and have other social media platforms they sell in too.
I ordered again from them recently, and was planning on placing another order. I added their product to my cart, a little while later, when I was ready to checkout, it disappeared. I tried to check the product listing and it says that the product failed to load.
I messaged them about it, got no response for 2 days (unusual from past experiences with them). I messaged them again, and they kindly redirected me to order from them outside of shopee because they claim the product they listed isn't... showing on their end either? They said I can buy something else from their shop within shopee, and buy the product I wanted to buy outside of shopee. Then they'll ship it in the same package. .
I've had no problems with their service so far, and they seem trustworthy outside of the app. But for whatever reason, this didn't feel right, so I took a while to consider before responding. Suddenly I'm blocked lol.
I'm really confused why? Our interaction was just overall weird.
