Brad Bird started writing this movie 30 years ago and has the script already finished. Probably he already has the whole movie in mind. So why the budget is so high? I doubt it’s for the animation because SpiderVerse and Puss In Boots has top notch animation (both 2D and 3D) and they costed way less.

This is not my opinion (I’d definitely swap placements if it was up to me), this is just how I think Schaff would rank them

I think it’s pretty obvious Rugrats, Arnold, and SpongeBob would be the top 3 (don’t know the exact placements)

Seeing how Schaff and his editors often make SpongeBob references and put SpongeBob images/memes in their videos, it would seem obvious for SpongeBob to take the top spot, however, the show has taken a bit of a decline (also Rugrats and HA have more emotional moments, so…). Hey Arnold is very mature (and Schaff likes mature media).

I feel like Doug & Rocko would be in the top 5. Doug might be a maybe, but I think Rocko would definitely make it in. I can see it being 4th (maybe even 3rd if it’s lucky). I think Doug would be comfortable at 5th place (maybe 4th).

I was considering moving Ren & Stimpy & Kablam a tier lower (especially due to R&S’s insane type of humor and Kablam being a tier higher than Oh Yeah Cartoons even though both are basically cartoon clip shows), but I decided not to. Though, I think Kablam would take third worst after OYC & Rocket Power (though Kablam isn’t that bad)

I don’t think he’d consider any 90s Nicktoon outright bad (OYC launched Fairly OddParents, Chalkzone (an underrated gem btw) and My Life As A Teenage Robot & Rocket Power does have some good moments, like the Hawaiian culture stuff)

Anyways, these are my thoughts on to how I think Schaff would rank them. I didn’t talk about all of them because some of them don’t really need complicated explanations. Let me know your thoughts and how you think Schaff would rank them
