Im addicted to the gym

I’m obsessed and almost can’t think of anything else. Every day im reflecting about details and how to get better results faster, perfecting my split and workouts and eating well. I can’t get enough and a part on me wants do rad cycle to feed this obsession. Don’t know were I’m going with this. Guess I wanted to post here to hear your thoughts. I have no one to discuss this with in my life.

First cycle Advice.

Am looking to run my first cycle and have decided on rad140 and cjc1295/ipramorelin. I’m I’m in my mid 30s and currently on TRT 200mg weekly. I would like all suggestions/opinions possible and please explain your reasoning. Also if you’re going to say anything less than desirable, I rather you not say anything at all. Thanks in advance.

Rad-140 Cycle Advice

I have never posted before, but anyway for context I just started taking AC-262 30mg per day and I’m about 2 weeks in. Originally I was going to do that for 8 weeks, but I think I am just going to stop at 4 weeks and do 8 weeks of rad-140 after at 20mg along with enclo 12.5mg daily as well (since rad-140 is suppressing testosterone). So the entire cycle would be 12 weeks total… am I stupid, what could go wrong… pls inform me if this can go well or if i might make a huge mistake:)

Day 5 / 63 (Week 1 / 9) Update

Current stack:
- 20mg RAD140
- 20mg MK-677
- 9mg LGD4033

So far I honestly haven’t felt anything major yet.

Pros:
- Muscles feel a little more pumped/full in the gym
- Strength might be slightly up, but that could also just be from increasing the weight I’m training with

Cons:
- Sleeping longer than usual
- Not necessarily better sleep quality, just needing more hours

Unsure / Possible placebo:
- Feeling more urges to eat throughout the day
- Not actually hungry, just randomly wanting food, which could be the MK-677 kicking in or just placebo

Overall:
Still very early, so I wasn’t expecting crazy results yet. Posting updates for anyone thinking about running a similar stack so people can see realistic progression instead of exaggerated “day 3 superhuman” posts.

ReceptorChem scammed me out of a ~140$ order that I placed in December.
I sent multiple emails to them (from January all the way to May) and have gotten NO response to any of my emails, I can only deduce that they scammed me out of my order and that they aren't planning on shipping it at all.

I'm posting this as a warning to anyone who wants to buy from them, be careful, buy from somewhere else.

Rad & LGD Stack? Or YK11

I’ve done a cycle of rad and LGD on their own in past. Both were good.

Rad gives you that dry look but not much of that enhanced fullness look. LGD gives you that extremely full look and you will fill out your shirt in my experience but a little puffy like that dbol look.

I was wondering if anyone has experiences stacking rad and LGD? I am curious to hear how these work together? Do you get a good mix of both positives or do they wash each other out in a way?

YK11 is also tempting as it’s a strong myo inhibitor but the lack of research kinda turns me away. Anyone have experience with this they can share?

On Test cycle need advice

Hi all, Currently on Reta 3–4 mg/week, HGH 3iu and Test C 250 mg/week (split into 2 injections). I’m in week 7 and it feels great, gained a little water weight i believe.
I have injectable YK-11 and am thinking of adding it next week. What dose have others find effective? Should I lower test to 150 mg/week to reduce androgen load, or keep it same?

My goal is body recomposition and getting shredded. I’m currently at 22–25% body fat.

Mk soreness

Is it normal to get really sore 2 days into my cycle, I’ve never had any research compounds before, but also been going gym for 2 years and never had this much soreness(any information would be much appreciated, any general tips from people who have used before would be great too)

I am 61 Reverse years old I had been working out for 8 month natty prior to my cycle I was formerly a fat kid before I started training naturally . I ran YK-11 at 15mg dose and S-23 at 30mg dose for a full 2 months with no test base no enclo and honestly it’s was wild I literally grew 4 cm height wise throughout the cycle and went from 68.5kg to 85kg which was way way more than I expected

here’s what it was like so from what I know S-23 is pretty fast acting I was told to split the dose 4x daily and yeah I felt it between every dose I was splitting the YK-11 dose 7.5mg twice a day as well

My training was initially 5x a week with two rest days cus I was natty doing Push Pull Legs Rest Upper Lower Rest but when I started my cycle I felt massive CNS spikes and I started working out two a days 5x a week and single workouts on my leg days I also started running I just felt like I had so much energy and drive to do stuff which was actually awesome

I also started jerking off which was something I wasn’t doing before the cycle and having lots of aggressive thoughts which kinda like an energy I channeled into the training but that energy didn’t go away and the libido skyrocketed I was jerking off twice a day post workout and once or twice at home as well so definetly big libido spike there this was all during the first month

Performance wise every session without fail I was progressing 4-5 reps per movement and it was like this for the 8 weeks on the cycle I was constantly hungry even while eating volume foods I was eating around 5kg of food volume a day and going to sleep feeling ruthlessly hungry I started getting insane cravings for foods I would find disgusting I was eating Lamb hearts Chicken Livers Kidnies sardines

By the second month my dick just kinda stopped working for the most part like I was still jerking off but the sperm was like lost the witness to it and the volume was very much reduced

I felt some joint issues towards the final week from the YK-11 I assume my knees felt a bit clicky when I ran and my elbow joint felt a bit off when I was doing bicep curls bud since stopping this has all returned to normal

Sleep was weird I was sleeping a lot but waking up several times throughout the night with ravenous hunger needing to eat before I could go back to sleep I literally had some nights I woke up to eat 3x throughout the night at like 11pm 2am 4am then I’d still be hungry for breakfast at 7am some days I was eating 9 meals and I kept the food really clean the appetite was actually mentally distressing probably the only con of the cycle I did not have any satiety I felt like I was on the verge of starvation.

Overall it was a lot more intense than I thought but I came out the other side with some pretty good gains for my first cycle

Rad 140 + yk11 log/experience

I am doing 7 weeks on cycle + 4 weeks pct and will continue to edit every week.

I have been training consistently for around 3 years and have been a lifetime natty until now. Most of my training is for my rugby so I don’t pay any attention to the compound lifts besides bench because I find it fun.

I thought I’d make a documentation of this and share it because I haven’t found many anecdotes on Reddit and especially no detailed yk11 logs.

Pre-cycle:
BW 82kg/180lbs
Bench (raw) 130kg/286lbs. Give or take a couple kilos because that is according to a rep calculator. (120kg\*5)
Squat (without a belt) 145kg/320lbs. This was my first time squatting so I expect the weight to increase quickly as I become more familiar with the movement.
Arm circumference while flexed 16inch/40cm
The photos included currently are from when I was natty pre-cycle. At the end of the 7 weeks I will add another two in the same lighting and pose.

I am running an upper lower split 4x a week

Week 1: rad140 @14mg ED
Comments: I went to the gym on day two and noticed an incredible pump and have had the same incredible pumps since. Maybe a slight increase in appetite. No noticeable strength increase. No observable sides.

Week 2: rad140 14mg ED + enclo 12mg EOD.
Comments: Slight increase in strength. Pumps seem to be even more intense. Appetite seems to have increased. I chose to run the enclo at 12EOD as opposed to 6ED as I understand it is more efficient that way as the downstream hormonal effect significantly outlasts the drugs half life. No observable sides.

Week 3: rad140 14mgED + enclo 12mg EOD
Strength continues to climb. I got 135kg/300lbs\*2 on bench press and 145kg/320\*5 on squats. Very happy with how it is going so far. Only observed side is incredibly watery semen which may suggest that I am much more supressed than I feel however libido and mood is still very positive.

Week 4: rad140 14mgED + YK11 5mg 2\*ED (10mg total daily) taken sublingually+ enclo 12mg ED
I went to the gym on day one of starting yk11 and didn’t feel any different, this was a shame as I heard people often use it has a preworkout androgen so I was expecting a bit more. I subsequently got ill and only had one more gym session which was on day 6 of starting the yk11 and I got an incredibly good pump but no strength benefits yet. Additionally, despite being ill my appetite was through the roof. Since changing the enclo from EOD to ED and adding the yl11 my libido has increased dramatically (to the point it’s an inconvenience) which suggests either the yk11 is extremely androgenic or doubling the weekly enclo is making a huge difference.

im 19 200 lbs should i run this cycle or wait till im older(i already bought the osta and enclo so how long is the shelf life) ive seen many conflicting ideas on if the risks are worth it.

Weeks 1-4: Ostarine 15mg ED (AM) Weeks 5-8: Ostarine 15mg ED (AM) Enclomiphene 6.25mg EOD (AM) → Bump Enclo to ED if lethargy or low libido appearsPOST-CYCLE (2 Weeks)

Please guide me

For context I’m a 22y/o man been working out for 3.5 years, 6’2 190-195 (with the help of MK677). I’m a bit of a “hard gainer” (I know people hate that term) but I burn a lot of calories when resting and I have to eat 4k+ calories just to see modest gains that are then gone when I miss a meal or don’t feel as hungry, which is most of the time off of mk677. I have high insert muscles every where and I’m a bit tall so I understand mass might be hard to see on me, I’ve been skinny all my life. I was thinking about taking Testosterone + LGD-4033(for size) + Yk11 + AC262(not as suppressive)+ GHRP-6(instant hunger)+MK677(longer hunger effects). Would this be too much and how much suppression could I expect? Is hypogonadism guaranteed? Will I be certainly shutdown? Is it too much competition for the androgen receptor that it all becomes useless? I want size and the appetite to sustain it. Can someone with experience please weigh in on this?

What I have noticed is better hunger and better sleep from the MK-677 in this stack

If any of you have an Idea of when it gonna kick in or should I be taking more pills daily or no...
