Im addicted to the gym

I’m obsessed and almost can’t think of anything else. Every day im reflecting about details and how to get better results faster, perfecting my split and workouts and eating well. I can’t get enough and a part on me wants do rad cycle to feed this obsession. Don’t know were I’m going with this. Guess I wanted to post here to hear your thoughts. I have no one to discuss this with in my life.

I’m considering, at some point in the distant future, trying a RAD-140 cycle. I’ve come across a lot of conflicting information, and it’s hard to know what’s actually reliable.

What’s the best way to figure out an evidence-based approach to this? Specifically, I’m trying to understand how people determine:

When (or if) to introduce enclomiphene
What dosing strategies are typically used, and why
Whether enclomiphene is used during the cycle, after as PCT, or both
How long a PCT should last
Whether the dosage should change over time, and the reasoning behind that

There is just a lot to unpack. And I know that someone will comment ”if you do not know anything of this, you should stay away from it”. And yes that may be true. But still everyone has to learn. Is there a single, optimal way that’s the best? Or is everyone trying to guess and doing it their own way and then telling everyone else that their way is the best?
