TO ANYONE TELLING ME TO STOP OR NOT TO DO IT, THIS IS NOT A QUESTION AND IM NOT LOOKING FOR ADVICE. THIS IS JUST MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. I WILL BE COMPLETING THE FULL 63 DAY CYCLE, AND I WILL BE PUBLISHING BOTH THE GOOD AND BAD EFFECTS.

NONE OF WHAT I’M SAYING IS 100% GUARANTEED TO HAPPEN TO YOU. THIS IS SIMPLY WHAT I’VE PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED SO FAR. EVERYONE’S BODY AND MIND REACT DIFFERENTLY.

Day 5 / 63 (Week 1 / 9) Update

Current stack:
- 20mg RAD140
- 20mg MK-677
- 9mg LGD4033

So far I honestly haven’t felt anything major yet.

Pros:
- Muscles feel a little more pumped/full in the gym
- Strength might be slightly up, but that could also just be from increasing the weight I’m training with

Cons:
- Sleeping longer than usual
- Not necessarily better sleep quality, just needing more hours

Unsure / Possible placebo:
- Feeling more urges to eat throughout the day
- Not actually hungry, just randomly wanting food, which could be the MK-677 kicking in or just placebo

Overall:
Still very early, so I wasn’t expecting crazy results yet. Posting updates for anyone thinking about running a similar stack so people can see realistic progression instead of exaggerated “day 3 superhuman” posts.

I’m 6’2, 70kg trying to bulk to 80kg.
I’ve started eating 3000 calories and training push/pull.

I’ve got a tri stack MK677 + RAD140 + LGD4033 coming

Is the dosage in these blends actually effective?
Anyone used similar stacks and seen results?

Also I’ve got some balance issues due to flat feet so I find some exercises harder to do.
If anyone has alternative exercises or machine options that work better, I’d appreciate it.
