I’ve been banned for disputing 2 purchases made in my account due to a hacker. Has anyone else had a problem like this? How is this even a coherent solution when I’ve done nothing wrong?
Was I supposed to just let this happen and suck it up to prevent getting banned?
I want to get the badge for the completing the game 2006年5月11日, but the game no longer works due to roblox updates and such (a dialog that was supposed to give you an item no longer appears). The only way to get the badge currently is through exploits since teleporting to the end is only the check the game does. Since I don't want to risk using exploits myself, does anyone know if its possible for an exploiter to teleport other players? If anyone has any experience exploiting please let me know
I just started to get this popup and I don't know why, I don't do exploiting or anything else like that, the only thing new I have downloaded lately is Neverness to Everness, it was after I downloaded it that it started to popup, but it doesn't do it all the time, I played yesterday for 4 hours and it didn't popup then, so anyone got any idea why it would be doing this?
Yo, does anyone know how to get past this? I’ve tried everything: changed my internet, tried Ethernet/Wi-Fi/VPN, swapped DNS servers, and even reinstalled the game. Nothing is working. I’m still seeing this screen. Any ideas?

I was playing Tiny Hero on phone, completely normally when I suddenly got kicked with this message. I have never used a cheat move and don't know how to, don't have anything like that installed either. Is this a common occurrence, and do I need to do anything about it?
I've been having this problem for a few weeks now. I am unable to chat with anyone because I am unable to verify my age without access to my authenticator that got removed at some point. I have all of my backup codes saved but it doesn't prompt me to use those instead of my authenticator code. I have tried reaching out to Roblox support to get them to disable 2FA on my account but each time I try the AI says they are unable to. I have tried speaking to a human aswell but all they do is direct me to their support forum. Don't really know what to do and help would be much apprectiated!

My account was hacked and my phone number and email was changed, but I still have my billing email connected to the account which I can log in with but the 2 step verification he put on always blocks me

My daughters account was hacked on Roblox. I thought I had it sorted with the customer support bot.
They sent me a link with ‘step by step’ instructions to access the account. But when I click through the associated link (put in emails then verification code, etc) it sends me to this screen about 2 factor verification.
As can be seen it says to choose verification method, but there is nothing there to click. The only available button is the ‘Lost access to the 2SV methods?’ Which immediately tells me that recovery has failed.
It is sending me no emails or texts or anything. I’m worried it’s sending emails to the hackers but even so it’s not clear what I am supposed to do.
Any ideas? Has anyone seen this before?

Hello, I started having the error code "268" « Unexpected Client Behavior », I did everything, even CMD (Admin) commands to flush my DNS etc... I even changed up adress thinking it was this and waited for 1 day. Next day, still same. I was now told to wait 1 week, do you guys thinks it's an HWID problem and should I spoof it or wait without opening Roblox for some weeks?
Hey so this person messaged me on MM2 earlier asking me to sub to their youtube then join their community, I should’ve known better but I show kindness before assuming the worst. A few hours later I was playing a game and the pop up saying ‘launched from another device’ kept appearing so I checked and it said mm2 was my most recently played game, so through clicking the refresh every few seconds because the other device was still in the process of stealing all my stuff I noticed my inventory had been completely wiped of everything good I had (I’ve been playing mm2 since the game was launched so I had a lot of cool stuff). I’ve contacted Roblox support about it and given them the user but I’m concerned because I’ve never actually received any support from Roblox when I’ve asked for it so I really hope I can get the weapons back. I know its just a game but I spent so much time on it and was really proud of the stuff I’ve collected over the years.
Mainly just wanted to out them so others can avoid this happening, but also if anyone has any advice on how to get my stuff back I’d really appreciate it <3
