I've been having this problem for a few weeks now. I am unable to chat with anyone because I am unable to verify my age without access to my authenticator that got removed at some point. I have all of my backup codes saved but it doesn't prompt me to use those instead of my authenticator code. I have tried reaching out to Roblox support to get them to disable 2FA on my account but each time I try the AI says they are unable to. I have tried speaking to a human aswell but all they do is direct me to their support forum. Don't really know what to do and help would be much apprectiated!
