I'm having trouble getting my Roblox account back. I was playing a random game on my account when all of a sudden I was logged out with the message, "Use the 2-step verification code from your authenticator app." I NEVER HAVE OR EVEN REMEMBERED SETTING ONE UP.

I'm having trouble getting my Roblox account back. I was playing a random game on my account when all of a sudden I was logged out with the message, "Use the 2-step verification code from your authenticator app." I NEVER HAVE OR EVEN REMEMBERED SETTING ONE UP.

I truly want this account back, please. I tried contacting Roblox Support, but they were unable to assist me. If I can't log back in, I'm literally going to cry. I made so much progress on this account...
