For about a week I've been receiving notices that:

Final reminder to review device transfer request.
The following device is being requested for a device transfer:

I can log in to Ring.com and view the devices but there is literally no way to stop the transfer requests. The links in the emails only point to the default ring.com. The advice online of going to Settings>Location Details tells me there should be an option for "Transfer Device." There is not. I've googled, used the AI chat bot when logged in and I keep getting the same instruction. What is going on?
