God Poro Case?

Was at my local lgs and decided to buy 5 boxes for retail.. opened the first box which contained a Veteran Poro ON. Opened the second box and it had a Lonely Poro ON (now I was thinking to myself that this was kindve odd). The 3rd box contained a Pouty Poro ON, 4th had a Plundering and 5th had a Mystic. Now I’m wonder if the last box on the shelf wouldve had the Daring Poro. Because there’s no way I’m this lucky to have sniped all the ONs if they were to have mix up the boxes.

Has anyone else had this happen yet?

RUNEBOX, yet another Riftbound Deckbuilder!!!

Hello there! 👋

I’m Pedro — a developer and Riftbound player from Las Vegas. I’ve been building RUNEBOX, a Riftbound deckbuilder that borrows ideas from tools from MTG deckbuilders (Moxfield, Scryfall, Archidekt) I just feel like brewing in those websites feels more natural coming from Magic and I hope others feel the same.

Right now you can:

  • Build and save decks,
  • Track your collection,
  • Sync your collection to any deck (your's or any user's) and see which cards you’re missing,
  • Generate quick buy flows (TCGPlayer helper / bulk purchase, CardMarket still not supported),
  • Playtest on RiftAtlas directly from the deck view with one click.
  • Use social features like follow other users and leave likes and bookmarks on decks,

I’m also working to connect RUNEBOX with other apps and services. RiftAtlas is already fully integrated for instant playtesting, and I plan to integrate Riftdecks (or similar event sources) to add official event deck support and event statistics — though I haven’t gotten traction from them yet.

What is still in development:

  • Tracking official event top decks,
  • Use the top decks for meta metrics,
  • Version control for the decks (branches, commits, rollbacks, etc)
  • Cosmetics (Animated avatars and frames, decorations for supporter's profile pages, etc)

The site is fully functional for normal use and I’d love to get real feedback from players to keep improving search, performance, and usability. If you’re up for testing, reporting bugs, or just giving impressions, I reply personally and appreciate any help.

Thanks for the space — feel free to ask questions or ping me if you want a quick walkthrough 💙

Which app / website best for collection

Hey so i just started collecting and playing riftbound and i have about 600 cards so far and i'm wondering what the best app or website is for keeping track of all my stuff and has everything you would want from live price changes on your collection / cards and all that, so far I have been liking the apps: RiftScan, Rift TCG Scanner, and the website: riftbound.gg, so i'm wondering which one i should have as my main app / website or if i'm missing any better ones that i should be using instead. Thanks!

Multiplayer Cards

With set 3 being out a couple days now, what cards do people think work better in the multiplayer free-for-all format than the 1v1 format?

My example would be sumpworks map potentially drawing 9+ cards by the time it makes it back to your turn.

Wonder if I’ve made my money back

Opened about 43 packs and pulled these in the first 10 funnily enough. Interesting to see if the hype for this series continues! I’ve got about 6 showcase 12 epics and about 60 rares. These are my best pulls. No signatures unfortunately 🤞

How to use baron

I pulled this card. It looks cool, so I was thinking of using it in a Vex deck possibly. Do it just add another battlefield or just replace one? I feel like it’s an extra battlefield where u can score an extra point?

Am i just this unlucky?

I opened 2 booster boxes and attended 2 prerifts. Are people also seeing this? Or am I just so lucky that these cards gravitated to me ?

I only have duplicates of other rares up to 4 at most. And thats only 2 cards. Meanwhile the cards I want I only managed to pull 1 or none :(

5-1 Draven on the Runes and Rift tripple win-a-box

Hi guys,

> "Who wants some Draven? Heheheh."

I've been quietly experimenting with Draven, Annie and Khazix lately, and decided to bring a Draven brew to the Runes and Rift tournament on Saturday. I haven't seen many decks posted around, as Draven is not popular in China right now, so I figured I can drop one for my reddit peepos.

I ended up 9th, bubbling out of top-cut due to tiebreaks, but I'm overall quite happy with how the deck performed.

https://piltoverarchive.com/decks/view/56995f10-dd2e-4c10-902b-9e9392353fa8

The MUs were:

Diana (1-2)
Khazix (2-0)
LeBlanc (2-1)
Vex (2-0)
Azir (2-1)
Viktor (2-0)

Some initial thoughts after the run:

  • I probably need a hard bargain (or abandon) main deck
  • existential dread is AMAZING for turning point tempo. Scuffed holds are suddenly not scuffed. You can Tideturner a Jhin and play it when fully tapped out, which ppl don't expect.
  • Evelyn is great. I should bring back the 3rd one. Even if ppl play around her, there are some amazing interactions you can do.
  • Jhin is the goat. That being said, I may have overcooked a bit, as the deck curves out amazing when he is played on curve, but struggles for power when you don't see him.
  • need to figure the Aurora MU. My plan was try for a Mindsplitter g1. Post board try to rush them down and Star-Crossed the first Elder. But I think it may be good to play some sort of gear removal.
  • Games where I get to play Forerunner on curve feel amazing. But it's too scary to main deck it. Even in my run, 4 out of 6 MUs I couldn't bring in the Forerunner - either due to Star-Crossed/Fizz spam, or Mirror Image.

Next on my agenda is:

  • to figure out the Aurora MU
  • experiment with different top-ends main deck.

I streamed the entire tournament (with hidden cards as-per the tournament rules). The the 8 hour VOD is attached at the bottom of the piltoverarchive link.

I wasn’t really into Riftbound at first, but my sister kept telling me to try Pre-Rift so I finally went this weekend. ngl it was actually pretty chill. People were helpful, explaining stuff and all that, didn’t feel super sweaty or anything. I’m still kinda learning so I was a bit lost in games, but it was still fun just figuring it out as I went. The cards also look really goooood in person, especially the foiling under light… I was just tilting them like an idiot lol.
Still don’t fully know what I’m doing, but I enjoyed it way more than I expected.
