



I’ve never had this problem with me before. I’ve made tiramisu countless time. But this time I encountered this dark spot in my mixture. It’s not metal shave or anything. I get the dark spot out on my finger to see what it is. As soon as I squish it, it just melts/disintegrates (I would demonstrate this phenomenon as something like putting a drop of watercolor in a cup of regular water). It weirded me out so much.
