What the hell is this bs??
Got to the station, scanned in, walked to my cart and this is what I see. I couldn't believe my eyes,, I have a 3 hour block, like what am I supposed to do with the rest of my time?? And I was so looking forward to delivering 45 packages to businesses that are closed for the day and apartments that have no friggin code to get in.
Looks like I won the lottery today. Brace for my next bs route tomorrow
On a side note,, I had to fight through 100 migrants, 95% latino, just completely clogging the entrance and scan in station. They are all just standing there still, right now as I get ready to leave. The parking lot is completely stuffed with their cars, not a parking spot to be found anywhere. Now I know why offers have all but disappeared in my area. Anything that pops up, no matter what it is, and always base pay, gets snatched up in under a second. I know because I spent a half a day last week furiously clicking to get a block. More than 50 blocks i clicked on and lost all of them in under a second. It got to where I couldn't even look at what I was clicking i had to click so fast and still didn't get the block. It was crazy
Anyway,, stay safe out there y'all
Over 100 ppl got no routes this morning
This some of them standing waiting from 4:15 to 5:15am nobody got package even tho warehouse was full of carts i wonder what happened
Amazon Flex drivers… is anyone else getting nowhere with appeals lately?
I’m honestly beyond frustrated with how drivers are treated.
About a month ago, I picked up a route and later realized several packages were missing from the route. I believe it was 9 packages total. I contacted support immediately and was told the missing packages/batches would be removed from my account.
A few days later, I get an email saying I was flagged for not delivering packages.
I appealed it. Denied.
I appealed it again explaining that while I scanned packages at pickup, I NEVER physically received those missing packages. They were not in my cart or possession at all.
Denied again.
Then separate issue…
I usually work the 4:15 AM blocks before my full-time job. A lot of those early morning routes get canceled. I actually prefer those blocks because I like finishing early and still getting to work on time.
Now Amazon is claiming I’m “intentionally” missing blocks or avoiding routes, which makes absolutely no sense because I’m literally showing up for the blocks.
Appealed that too.
Denied.
At this point it feels like nobody is actually reading the appeals and everything is automated.
Has anyone successfully won an appeal recently? If so, what wording worked? Did you escalate outside regular support?
I’m trying to protect my standing because this is starting to feel unfair.

Glitch in the system today
I had to call to have them fix this. I checked in at 4: 05 After I delivered the package ( I only had one that was 7 miles from the warehouse and 3 miles from my house I was done within 17 minutes). I called them and was told it’s a glitch. The lady, I spoke to said that it could take 24 hours to get paid though. And I asked her about it counting against me and she said that it wouldn’t but we all know how that goes at times.
It finally happened to me one month in!
38 miles to the 1st stop. Probably at least 20+ miles from first to last and then another 40 miles back home. Nope AMZ. Not at $5 a gallon for $98 4 hour route. Said eff it and canceled the route in the parking lot. This job sucks and is underpaid at $2.50 a gallon gas. Even more now. Obviously can't do this everytime but I have a Fantastic rating so trashing every so often is worth it.
Edit. I cancelled the route in the park lot. I still get paid.
Easy-Blocks app + Instant Offers Pinned Locations
Been using the Easy-Blocks app for a little over 4 months now, mostly for Instant Offers with their pinned locations feature, and honestly it changed the whole way I work Flex.
Before this, I’d waste hours parked near stations waiting for something decent. Now I can pin multiple stations straight from my phone, stay at home or handle my own stuff, and offers start coming in from different areas at the same time. Feels way better when you decide where you wanna drive instead of chasing random scraps all day.
And before people start crying “promo post” - yes, I get bonus app days for sharing my experience. I’m saying it openly because too many people act fake on here. But I wouldn’t post this if the feature was trash. From my own experience, it’s been smooth, consistent, and feels way safer than messing around with sketchy methods.
At the end of the day, Amazon doesn’t care about drivers sitting in parking lots for hours. They care about packages moving. I got bills, family, real life — and this setup helped me stay profitable without wasting half my day.
Hate all you want. I’m sticking with what works. 💨📦
Is Flex Pilot android app good? Need honest feedback please.
