Another victim fallen to Concept Grading’s bad business ethics. Seems like this time round they have indirectly admitted to swapping cards. If you forget to log your customer’s cards, have the decency to inform them and apologise about it. Hire so many xmm but cannot properly train them to handle cards? And also why the hell would you procure copies of the cards and resubmit on your customer’s behalf when you forget to log them? Isn’t this outright swapping cards because you didn’t even seek your customer’s consent
