PokeCleanSG damaged my cards and didn't acknowledge it
I sent my Neo Genesis Lugia and a Mega Lucario MUR to PokeCleanSG for restoration on 3 Feb 2026. Before photos attached. The Lugia was crease-free when it left my hands.
After 3 months of waiting, they texted me to say they couldn't fix it and to come collect. When I picked it up, nothing was flagged. No mention of damage, no heads up, nothing. I didn't think to check for new creases on the spot because why would a card come back with creases it didn't have before?
I only noticed when I got home. Two new creases.
I brought it to another restorer for a second opinion. Their immediate assessment: "He burnt ur foil bro." Now attempting open heart surgery.
This is a 25-year-old holo. A service fee refund doesn't undo that kind of damage.
Posting with full photo evidence and the chat logs. Not here to start anything, just want the community to have the full picture before trusting someone with their cards. It’s 2026, if you didn’t expect anything like this, perhaps don’t do business?
