I know I shouldn’t post on this subreddit before I finish reading the manga, but I just needed to talk about this.
I really thought Midori would have been a motherly figure for Punpun, at least someone more positive than his uncle and mom and then this happened. First my boy falls in love with a girl in a crazy cult, his dad hits his suicidal mother and almost kills her, and then THIS?
After how he left Aiko after Yaguchi vs Komatsu and he started having depressing and dark thoughts, this will probably get him over the edge and make him bad as the adults are, right? After his childhood and teenage years are like this I guess I can stop believing in a hopeful ending.

just got my new frames and they reminded me of her so I decided to do a mini-cosplay, since she’s my fav❤️ (+bonus short hair sachi!)

Hi, I just wanted to share some drawings I did to cope with this manga lol. But really, I love the art of Inio Asano, there are a lot of panels I want to draw but is overwhelming because they are so beautiful haha, specially the beach chapter with a lot of Aiko’s panels.

seeing a lot of people post their punpun and aiko miis so here are mine!

Just finished Oyasumi Punpun. Great.

But I don't understand what the cult subplot really about. I can just remember that the Pegasus guy is really enthusiastic about vibration and something, and I don't see much of it connected to the main plot about Punpun. Is this just to tell the story about Simizu and Seki?

I never buyed any kind of steelbox before. But i must say, THIS ONE.. is so BEAUTIFUL. And i think this is the only post talking about it online, at least for now. Now i can enjoy even better the depression punpun left me.

I saw conversations criticising Inio Asano for depicting racist caricatures but both the lips and translation were clearly because of a fan translation...

Can someone adapt this little image into Punpun? Could be profile a picture, could be an aesthetic Tattoo; tbh I just like to see my boy looking through a window into the distance with those sad eyes of his.
