I know I shouldn’t post on this subreddit before I finish reading the manga, but I just needed to talk about this.
I really thought Midori would have been a motherly figure for Punpun, at least someone more positive than his uncle and mom and then this happened. First my boy falls in love with a girl in a crazy cult, his dad hits his suicidal mother and almost kills her, and then THIS?
After how he left Aiko after Yaguchi vs Komatsu and he started having depressing and dark thoughts, this will probably get him over the edge and make him bad as the adults are, right? After his childhood and teenage years are like this I guess I can stop believing in a hopeful ending.
