Games like Minecraft without building focus

I love Minecraft. I hate building. I'm terrible at art. Maybe I'm stupid, but if you tell me to draw a bookshelf in front of me and hand me paper, I can't. I don't get how.

Not games like BoTW that have an end point, I want sandboxy.
