Wonder what they did, they are the 2nd tuner that got terminated
Just wanted to share what I’ve done with my KN sofar. :)
My tires are almost worn out and I'll soon need new summer tires. I've had Michelin Primacy 4 tires so far, what do you recommend?
Thought I’d share with the group what the stock wheels powder coated silver looks like! I highly recommend looks awesome!
Remote started the car and noticed this rattling sound coming from what sounds like the exhaust area. This car can be kinda weird but just wanted opinions on if its normal or if I should take it in
Couple shots from Thursday and Friday last week! I especially love how the 1st one turned out!
Hey guys, my 23 KN with about 30,000km has recently been doing something a bit strange here and there. The rpms will show almost like the car has shifted when slowing down but the gear selection hasn’t actually changed. The car has no problem shifting when driving and it pulls through all gears just fine. Not sure if this is a computer issue? Had the battery disconnected for at least half hour the other day. Looking to see if anyone has had similar issue. Thanks!
Someone help I'm lost. The front wheels seem to skip and do a loud knock when I'm turning at low speed/idle. This started happening when I changed to summer tires, they are all torque at 110 so that's not a question. I sent it to the dealership and they said CV axle, they changed it under warranty and it still happens. I read online about the Ackerman thing now i was wondering if anyone else here experience the same thing and they just deal with it?
Northeast N club summer cruise is taking place June 7th more details soon!
I finally spotted a KN in the wild. Around Appleton, WI. I swear I have seen this one shared here before. Greetings fellow KN owner!!!
Looking for some 19” wheel recs that might look good with the sonic blue. I’ve been toying with the idea of either a nice bronze or white. I have black wheels on now that are 18x9 and they poke out just a wee bit too much. Any ideas would be awesome! PFA
Hey yall.
I took over my mom's 2022 Kona N in about 2023 after my Hyundai Veloster got totaled (not my fault by the way). Since it was new, still had the first-owner-warranty, and she had a low 3.5% rate on her loan, I've just been paying her without ever legally taking over the car. Today however, my wife and I are at a crossroads.
Do we jump ship on the car and get a new one?
Or do we double down and ride this one for the long-term?
Some info:
-We have about 20k still on the loan. Carvana will currently buy it for a little over that amount. So we could get out of the loan right now debt-free.
-We cannot take over my mom's loan. We would have to get a new loan and then we'd have a 20k loan at a ~5.6% rate moving forward.
-The car is in very good condition right now. A wash and a wax from looking near-new, minus some minor road ware on the paint.
-The car is at about 45,000 miles
-We've never had any major or minor issues with the car (other than another vehicle hitting the front bumper, fully repaired now.). But I know every car has a honeymoon period.
-Its a fancier model than we'd ever get ourselves. I.e if we got a new car, it'd likely be closer to a base model vehicle ~$25,000 range. I love this car, but I'm not a car guy, and at the end of the day, I just need a reliable vehicle. Personality is a plus, but I'm not going to fork over alot extra for more car pizazz. When we took over the note, it actually was cheaper than buying a used car at the time so we thought why not?!
So heres where we're at...
We're trying to find out if Hyundais, and specifically this model, hold up well long term. We'd like to keep whatever car we end up with until it quits. Currently, our cheapest option is to keep our 2022 Kona N. But if these things are known to implode at like 60k miles or something, then now would be the most opportune time to start fresh.
We would really appreciate any advice yall could give! Any business involving a car is stressful business and we're really struggling at the moment to decide on our next move...
*Edit: For some reason I thought the Veloster was a Nissan vehicle. My bad.
As the title suggests just need some advice as i am looking at installing a hybrid turbo.
got this n line and I am wanting to put a spoiler on it does the N spoiler fit?
