Visited a friend and their landlord didn’t appreciate where I parked. The sticker tears when I try to peel it off. I do have a heat gun but I’m not sure if that’s a good idea.

This is my first new car and I am absolutely loving it! The color is to die for and the black accents definitely give it the sleeker vibe. I have two young kids and the inside has remained clean, for now.
Pros:
- Inside space is AMAZING. My husband is 6’4 and even he has space between his knees and the dash. We had a 2020 Murano and his knees would dig in so bad.
- It has three rows. We don’t need the third as much, but the additionally trunk space with the seats folded is huge.
- The COLOR. I wanted my previous car wrapped in this color. Love it. Love it. Love it.
- Something simple, but the Auto Unlock when it reads my digital key is quick and makes it so easy to handle the two kids.
Cons:
- There are times the doors will not automatically lock when you walk away. (Still playing with the settings)
- The lift gate automatically starts opening when you are near the back. While this is a setting I turned on, I feel like it’s too sensitive at times. I could be walking around the back and if I walk too slow, the back will open.
- *Edited post to add this* The finger sensor on the handles don’t work all the time. I have found that you have to hold your finger for a few seconds for it to register, or just say screw and it lock the car with the remote when you get in the house.
I’m sure there’s more things for me to find and play with but for now, this suv is a dream!
Just HATED the OEM rims.
Totally killed the look.
I never imagined that I would be considering buying a Kia. I also never imagined that I would have kids. But here we are.
I overall love the aesthetic of the telluride. I currently have a Toyota Camry, which is not practical anymore with two under two.
I know that there might be some bias on the sub Reddit. But please give me your honest input on your experience with the telluride. The good, the bad, the ugly.
Is there anything that you wish you would’ve known prior to purchasing? Would you purchase it again?
'27 Hybrid X-Line SX Prestige- $2,500 down @ $970/mo
36 month lease
12k miles per year
Total Purchase Price: $61,129
Monthly lease payment: $970.85
The vehicle arrives early June.
I love this car but feel a little sick paying upwards of $1k/mo.
I can wait until July/August
Location: Texas
Anyone know where this pricing lines up nationwide...worth waiting a few months? Can someone look in their crystal ball and tell me if prices will drop ~$200/mo?
Should I buy the car in a different state?
Thank you!
Has anyone had a telluride for 6/7 years? I think the initial model was 2019?
I am wondering about reliability thus far- any expensive repairs needed?
Thank you!

X Line SX Hybrid
Just picked up as birthday gift to self.
Felt like Batman driving it around! 🦇
Not really a car person until today. I get it now. 😭
What do y’all think?
Anyone else tired of black wheels? I love the silver on wolf gray.
Test drove the Telluride today. Very nice vehicle. Test driving the Palisade tomorrow. Torn between these two and the Grand Highlander. Pros or cons of each?
Just got this in the mail from Kia. They are extending the warranty to 15y/ 180k miles for the telluride engine for leaking oil
I travel a lot for work, about 10-15 days a month. This is the 4th or 5th Kia Telluride I’ve had and I have never once been able to get CarPlay to work. I have tried USB-C, old-USB, purchased new cables from Apple, watched YouTube tutorials, called 2 Korean friends, prayed to several different gods, etc. It is insane and I’m starting to lose my mind. Having Apple CarPlay is very helpful when you’re driving around cities you don’t know. Please help me.
I first posted about my purchase here Here. (first brand new car and first hybrid). A couple of commenters asked if I would update after a few weeks.
I now have over 1500 miles on my 2027 hybrid EX AWD.
Pros:
Cons:
I’m still getting the hang of lane assist, cruise control, driver assist etc. The lane correction feels a little aggressive and I may need to dive deep into the settings to have It set properly for my preferences; just haven’t taken the time.
Overall very happy with this purchase. I look forward to getting in it each day. I did a lot of research on comparable other models before making my choice and I’ve been very satisfied so far.
I was so excited to have reserved an SXP with the purple interior. The interior videos are what converted me to wanting a 27 Telluride. The dealer called to tell me the VINs for all SXPs with the executive package have been decommissioned.
It makes sense that on Kia’s inventory search the SXP executive package is not searchable. You can only search for X-line SXP executive packages. So it doesn’t seem like they scrapped the executive package entirely, just the purple that comes with the non-X line.
I assume the folding seat recall had something to do with it, but they are still offering the X-line executive so it is not across the board.
It is crazy that all the press vehicles were optioned with the blackberry interior, which created interest and now it’s not going to be available.
I’m wresting with the all black interior. I definitely don’t want the navy/tuscan umber which is the only other available interior for the SXP. I’m thinking that if the ambient lighting is really bright it might break up some of the black. I’m having a hard time moving on from the purple. (My husband hated it, but it wasn’t going to be his vehicle anyway). If the saddle was available I’d have wanted that with the Dark Jade Green.
Just an update for anyone else who wanted a light (and purple) interior.
15 years or 180 miles. Read the letter for the details. If you've already had work done, see the 3rd page related to submitting for reimbursement.
Mustang owner my whole life. Totaled my car a few weeks ago and decided to go the SUV route and this is what won. No regrets at all, loving it! X-Line SX Prestige Hybrid. Also - heard y'all like interior pics :)
Okay - I was able to fix it. For all you eagle eyes every letter is perfect in both spacing and level. I KNOW the U looks higher but trust me it is not. I love it!!
