Although I love my new ride, there is a serious concern.

Whenever I slowly come to a stop, car jerks very unpleasantly. Sometimes the jerk is a lot severe than other times. I took it to the shop but the rep was sort of dismissive of this issue, saying it is normal for a hybrid to act this way, since the powertrain is switching from gas to hybrid system when you come to a stop, or something like that.

I cannot accept that this is a normal behavior and I’m down right nervous about braking at times. What do you guys think is happening?

Update: 3rd day, the issue has disappeared. Pray it stays this way. Thank you all for pitching in. Appreciate this community a lot.
