Most people don’t fail IAT because it’s hard, they fail because they’re inconsistent

This might sound harsh, but I feel like the real problem isn’t the difficulty of IAT, it’s inconsistency. Missing days, skipping revision, avoiding mocks… all of it adds up. Even average preparation done consistently seems more effective than intense but irregular study. Do you agree or is difficulty actually the bigger factor?

You don’t need long study hours for IAT

I feel like quality matters way more than quantity. Studying 4-5 focused hours daily consistently seems better than forcing 10+ hours with low concentration. What do you think hours matter or focus?

Do you ever feel like you’re studying but not improving?

Some days I study a lot, but when I try questions, it feels like nothing sticks. It’s honestly frustrating because the effort is there, but results don’t match. Does this happen with others too? How are you dealing with it?

I'll start serious prep from tomorrow...

Hey everyone! Every single night I tell myself tomorrow will be the day I finally start studying seriously and then tomorrow becomes exactly like today. At this point "tomorrow" feels like the most productive version of me! Jokes aside procrastination during IAT prep is way too real and I know I am not alone in this. So how are you guys actually staying consistent?
