Hey ya'll, I'll keep this nice and short!
I've been using HBO for a while now, and a family member, who does not live in the same household or proximity for that matter, has expressed an interest in HBO as well.
If I make an account (not my own, a seperate one) for them including a payment set-up at my location (they're not the most tech-savy) and hand them the details, will that work or will it lock the account to the location it was all set-up in?
Thanks!
recently finished all of the white lotus, hotd, a knight of the seven kingdoms, and heated rivalry. I have succession, industry, and the pitt up next. what are you all watching?

I can’t take it anymore. I’ve seen the Waymo commercial with the blind guy and his dog over 100 times, and I’ve watched MAYBE 10-15 hours of content on HBO in the last month. It’s the only commercial I get.
I’ve tried HBO customer service, I’ve contacted Waymo to complain, I’ve created new profiles, reset routers, watched on different host platforms (app, Roku, Apple TV) and it’s just guy and his dog on repeat. I can’t take it anymore but I’m not spending $20/month so I don’t have to watch Waymo commercials.
Is this one commercial issue happening with anyone else?
Rick and Morty Season 9 premieres on Adult Swim on May 24, but according to the official Warner Bros. Discovery press release, it won’t be available for U.S. streaming until August 31.

As someone who mainly uses Max for HBO shows, Adult Swim stuff, and animation, that wait feels kind of painful.I know this is probably normal licensing/windowing stuff, but it still makes my Max subscription feel weirdly useless for a show that feels like it belongs in the Max ecosystem. I’m interested in the new season, but I’m not interested enough to chase a live Adult Swim option just to watch it weekly.
So now I’m stuck in that annoying streaming situation again: keep paying for Max while waiting, or cancel and come back in August when the season actually lands on streaming. This is becoming the main reason I rotate subscriptions now. I like Max, but there are too many months where I’m paying for future access instead of actually watching anything new.
Anyone else just waiting until August for Rick and Morty Season 9? Or are you watching it weekly on Adult Swim?
I've seen Queen of the South on Netflix I really like that. I've also seen breaking bad I seen it like 10 years ago but I really liked it. I've also seen the entire power series except for raising kanan and I really enjoyed that one especially ghost and force. I also seen the show called The cleaner on HBO Max that was fantastic too. I've also seen teen Wolf that was really good...
...
The thing is is I want to watch a new show. I'm between five shows:
Game of thrones
The Walking Dead
Ozark
Snowfall
The Wire
When attempting to change my plan, I keep getting the following message:

I appreciate any suggestions you may have.
