Yesterday I did some trad makeup, I haven’t done it in awhile due to lack of motivation. Everyone I saw just kinda stared or avoided me (people that know me) but complimented my friend (she wasn’t in trad but still a gothic look) I just want opinions on if it just looked bad

FINALLY WINTER IS COMING BACK

so with my fiance we decided to celebrate it going to the museum 💘

My grandma bought me a beautiful purple dress a while ago. I think it’s beautiful, but i feel like it doesn’t suit me (very whimsy but not gothic, so i’m really not used to styling things like this). I had a go at it yesterday and added some of my accessories which really helped it go into the direction I was going for but I just feel like I’m missing something. Does anyone have any ideas on what to add to this outfit? I’m open to anything!🖤

Is it safe to tease dry, curly hair into a deathhawk or a bats nest? I’m afraid that untangling it afterwards might be impossible? Or very damaging for the hair. It’s also partly bleached, so it’s even extra dry and tangly. I’ve attached my photo so you could see how curly it is.
Also will be thankful for any advice on how to style it!
