How to make my outfit look more gothic?

My grandma bought me a beautiful purple dress a while ago. I think it’s beautiful, but i feel like it doesn’t suit me (very whimsy but not gothic, so i’m really not used to styling things like this). I had a go at it yesterday and added some of my accessories which really helped it go into the direction I was going for but I just feel like I’m missing something. Does anyone have any ideas on what to add to this outfit? I’m open to anything!🖤
(I forgot to put on boots, I usually don’t wear shoes inside haha)

What is the most efficient way to make my hair light?

I wanna bleach my hair, and i want it to look like the second picture.
My hair has had all types of dye in it (a year ago i had calico hair with bleached, black, red, brown and blonde strands all over the place). It has faded by now but people say that it still makes it really difficult to bleach my hair in a way that looks even, like in the picture.
What are my options? Is it possible to achieve that even blonde look in just one go, or 2? I really want it to be light, so that I can dye it pink, but everyone I talk to about this just goes on a rant about how it’s basically impossible for me, and that I’m gonna kill my hair if I do anything to it.
