How to get prescription for glp 1? (Ahmedabad)

As the title suggests, i want to know any offline or online mode of getting a prescription for the GLP1 meds. It would be better if there is a doctor, too, to monitor the process.

Chills and Constipation

Hey! I started Semaglutide 6 weeks ago - 4 weeks on 0.25 mg and 2 weeks on 0.5 mg.
I have lost about 4 kgs so far. But currently I’m experiencing chills and constipation. This week I feel my weight has plateaued and somewhat my cravings has returned this week. What would you suggest?

I’m going to say something a lot of people won’t like.

Most GLP-1 apps are not built for us.

They’re built for a version of eating that looks like
grilled chicken, salads, protein shakes, calorie-perfect plates.

Try logging dal-chawal.
Try logging poha.
Try explaining “ghar ka khana” to an app that thinks butter chicken is your daily baseline.

You either end up guessing
or worse, feeling like you’re doing something wrong.

And that’s the problem.

Because GLP-1 isn’t just about eating less.
It’s about building a relationship with food that actually fits your life.

Not importing someone else’s.

I’ve been on this journey myself.
And I got tired of trying to fit into systems that clearly weren’t built for me.

So I built one.

PoshanPal.

A GLP-1 tracker designed for Indian users, especially women who are doing this quietly, without enough support or conversation around it.

What’s different?

• You can log real Indian meals without feeling like you’re cheating
• It tracks your shots without making the whole experience feel clinical
• There’s a mood + mental layer because this journey messes with your head more than people admit
• Progress is shown in a way that doesn’t shame you on bad weeks
• You can actually share your logs with a doctor if needed

No imported diet culture. No “just eat clean” nonsense.

Just something that understands how we actually live.

I’m not a doctor. This isn’t advice. Just someone who got tired of being invisible in products that claim to help.

If you’ve felt this too, I’d genuinely like to know:

What do you struggle to track the most?

Hello, I am 33 male.

My weight has been hovering between 74 kg (BMI >26) and 83 kg (BMI >29) for the last two decades. I am physically active (Running, hiking, climbing, Crossfit, etc); have followed every diet under the sun - keto, omad, lo-carb, IF, combinations; done assisted programs with certified nutritionists and dietitians (yes I know the difference between the two).

My weight will go down, stay there for a few months, but will get back to its “normal” trajectory within 6–12 months. The thing is that annual trend is trending upwards - meaning my average weight is going up as I get older.

I am considering medical intervention before I turn clinically obese/diabetic, and hence the turn towards GLP-1s. I would like to seek proper prescription and dedicated monitoring over the course of medication.

I live in Europe, and the usage of GLP-1s here is highly restricted but do travel to India (Ghaziabad) frequently. Would anyone have any recommendations of endocrinologists or specialists that can prescribe proper course of treatment and monitoring? Would be really grateful to get any recommendations.

So far, all my research has not yielded any good or reliable results, and many results are dedicated towards either very flimsy prescription, online subscription (for which I need to be in India all the time) or services dedicated to women.
