How to turn this off?

Does anyone else find it super annoying? Like, no I don’t want to click on 15 times before I can get to the next lesson.

Hello, I am 33 male.

My weight has been hovering between 74 kg (BMI >26) and 83 kg (BMI >29) for the last two decades. I am physically active (Running, hiking, climbing, Crossfit, etc); have followed every diet under the sun - keto, omad, lo-carb, IF, combinations; done assisted programs with certified nutritionists and dietitians (yes I know the difference between the two).

My weight will go down, stay there for a few months, but will get back to its “normal” trajectory within 6–12 months. The thing is that annual trend is trending upwards - meaning my average weight is going up as I get older.

I am considering medical intervention before I turn clinically obese/diabetic, and hence the turn towards GLP-1s. I would like to seek proper prescription and dedicated monitoring over the course of medication.

I live in Europe, and the usage of GLP-1s here is highly restricted but do travel to India (Ghaziabad) frequently. Would anyone have any recommendations of endocrinologists or specialists that can prescribe proper course of treatment and monitoring? Would be really grateful to get any recommendations.

So far, all my research has not yielded any good or reliable results, and many results are dedicated towards either very flimsy prescription, online subscription (for which I need to be in India all the time) or services dedicated to women.
