First of all, I don't remember having to link my Gcash to Tiktok by any means and this notification happened twice on separate occasions.

In Google Play, I don't remember having a scheduled payment since I don't take any membership stuff or passes.

I tried the unlink option provided, but it kept saying that I have to cash in 2000 pesos to receive a reward.

I'm at no risk currently because my Gcash account is empty lol

hi, balak ko sana iupgrade yung premium ko kasi nakalite sya nung una kaya nicancel ko tas magresubscribe doon sa premium na 189 pesos. nakalagay sa app na subscription will end on may 10 tas pagtingin ko sa gcash nakadeduct na yung 109. nag file na ko ng ticket and sabi sa gcash successful daw pero di naman nareflect sa youtube yung 109. kasi diba kung nag go through yung payment ang nakalagay dapat na end ay june 10?

now here are my questions:

a. now that ive cancelled yung subscription automatic ba sya magrefund o need ko pa makipagusap sa gcash o youtube para makuha yung pera? kasi sabi ng gcash coordinate with the merchant daw.

b. how do i reach youtube regarding this? nakalagay sa google request refund sa google play, pag nasa google play naman na there is no option for a refund kasi nga nacancel ko na. i am hoping na i can talk to their customer service.

So I've been facing problem recently with gcash and i can't seem to find a way to fix it im underage so getting verified is unavailable neither does Gcash jr. Because i accidentally setted my birthdate to 1999 now Gcash thinks im old but when i try to change it back it tells me that i have to be verified to change my account details and when i contacted help they told me that i can check my ticket or conversation for updates but i cant view my ticket and conversations but when i try to look for the page it dosent show up and i have already cashed in Money because i thought you could cash out since,well you can cash in.

Is there any way to cash out my money with an unverified account or is there an app that could help me cash out without verifying my account??

Every time I open it, it just force exits. For context, the app itself is updated; I also restarted my phone but to no avail. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hi guys I just want to ask huhu kasi kahapon nagpaload ako ng 500 sa gcash ko, i spent 59 pesos for food. Tas kaninang umaga around 9 am nagulat ako na 300+ nalang laman ng gcash ko. Una kong isip baka may mga subscriptions na nag automatically subscribed tas like tinitignan ko sa transactions and I can't identify it (this is the part where gcash fustrates me the most)

So rn idk where to contact them since its already 5 pm and sabi nila ung 2882 is for 8-5pm only huhu

I really need my money kasi its for my school materials 🥹🥹

Hello, it's my first time posting something on reddit and I hope peeps here will be patient huhu. So, my mama had this unknown purchase from Google, and we don't know which subscription, especially since hindi naman po kami mahilig magsubscribe sa kahit ano, checked every account on my mom's phone, walang email receipt from all of the accounts even tried asking Gemini for this since researching didn't help after almost 40 minutes of trying. Sa google pay, chrome, and play store, wala rin nakalagay na subscription, di kami nakasubscribe sa gemini, yt premium, and google one. Sayang din naman kasi yung pera especially ngayon na ang mahal ng lahat. Thank you po in advance sa lahat ng makakatulong. Sorry din po sa makakaabala, need din po kasi masource yung subscription para po maunlink if ever.. 🫩🙏

Update: I already called the hotline and they got the merchant unlink, and yes, may napindot nga po si mama, however, what's strange is, kahit saang email, wala pa ring receipt, and hindi sya nagpopop up sa kahit anong transactions in google play. But at least, the problem is solved, thanks for all the help gang! ❤️‍🩹

Hi, ive checked all my accounts (Apple, Google) and I have no occurring subscription that would amount to that. I've also contacted GCash support yet my ticket is not showing up. This is quite a huge sum of money my broke student ahh cant afford to lose😭. Please help, what subscriptions often amount to 1990?

As far as I remember, I have no transaction with lazada whatsoever. I don't even have their app on my phone, so I'm wondering what could this be? I'm also careful when clicking links. Seems legit kasi galing mismo sa gcash yung message

Hello, I just noticed I got a text message from the number that notifies you when you made a purchase using GCash. It's saying that I have a scheduled transfer but I'm scared of pressing the link of disputing it kasi baka scam n stuff. Kasi recently meron rin ako na-rereceive na text messages galing bangko na hindi ko naman ginagamit, ayun pala kasi meron pang fraudulent satelite na nilalagay malapit sa ATM para magsend ng text message na mukhang official. So yun nga, totoo ba to or scam rin.
