i ordered a very high value item and need ko siya ng rush. expected delivery date is may 10-13 pero need ko siya by may 9 sana

so without thinking much bc of my eagerness, i clicked expedite request. naka display dun yung details nung inorder. late ko na naremember yung mga order na tiles, sabon, at bato daw ang ipinapalit

question: because i requested for an expedite delivery, malalaman ba ng kung sino man sa SPX yung order ko? or sakin lang visible tong order details at product code/number lang yung nakikita nila?

mainit kasi sa mata yung ganong klase ng product so medyo kinabahan naman ako

context:

this happened 5 days ago.

my father bank transferred his money from GCash to **** bank. however, due to mistake on my father's end, nagkamali siya ng input ng numbers and ended up sending the money to a wrong bank account. to make it worst, nalagay niya pa yung OTP and he only realized his mistake nung complete na ang transaction and hindi niya daw ma withdraw ang pera, yun pala sa iba na send. we submitted a request sa bank ASAP, and followed up sa GCash.

ahead of time, informed naman kami ni GCash na within 5 banking days daw yon ma process and yung retrieval nung money is through best effort lang mangyayari. for the past 3 days okay naman may update naman sila na nakipag coordinate sila sa bank ganyan. but their last update was the two days ago. everyday kami nag fofollow up sa bank.

according kay GCash, need daw ifollow up sa bank kasi yung bank daw ang mag rerefund. according naman sa teller dun sa bank, si gcash daw ang magrerefund kasi siya ang primary sender.

then since 2 days have passed na nga na walang updates, nag message ulit ako sa gcash asking for any developments or updates but what happened is na delete yung buong convo with gcash, nawala din yung ticket. i decided to submit again a request pero loading lang siya ang walang request na na susubmit, walang ticket na lumalabas. ilang beses ko ginawa kasi baka error sa phone lang pero ganon pa rin.

so ano pala yung nangyari? sabi within 5 banking days daw ang process. bakit naman ganun, parang biglang na block pa ata? or na flag yung request

according sa details ng gcash, kung sa inactive na account daw nasend yung money, babalik din daw sa gcash account ng father ko but since it didn't happen, then maybe active account yon.

hindi na namin alam yung gagawin. my father went to this bank today and sabi nga nung bank is GCash daw ang responsible for the refund, but nawala yung ticket and convo with Gcash and I think there's no other way to reach out GCash again kasi hindi ma submit yung request lalo na we cannot access kung sino yung na sendan ng money. only the bank and gcash lang ang makakatulong samin.

i just want to ask, anong reason bakit biglang nawala yung ticket? na block or na flag as complete na ba yung request? mababalik pa ba kaya yung pera? what are the odds especially 5 days na and this happened pa 🥺

naaawa lang ako sa father ko kasi ilang libo din yun, it's almost a month worth of his salary tapos napunta lang sa iba na hindi namin alam kung pano or kung mababalik pa ba.

p.s. kahapon, ni ask nung banko yung details ng father ko including GCash pero the day after non, yun na they told him na Gcash nga daw dapat ang mag rerefund

ano pong ma se-say nyo dito? or any experience related to this? hopeless case na po ba?

i ordered a high value item in shopee but FBS fast delivery pa yung nakalagay so it will either be SPX or FLASH

question is, marami bang natatampered na parcel here in cebu city mostly sa SPX? this will be my first time ordering a high value item addressed to cebu (only here for 2 months work sched)

anyway, if ever it happens (knock on the wood) and hindi ako yung naka received ng parcel (my friend) and kinabukasan ko pa makuha, tapos upon inspecting the physical appearance of the parcel makita kong tampered, high chance ba na ma refund pa rin? (of course with full unboxing video) or dapat upon receiving palang kay rider dapat naka video na and within same day of delivery dapat naka file na ako ng refund?

scared lang kasi this item is an apple product. mainit sa mata ng tao esp it's cebu city na and lately rampant yung tampering scenarios sa mga ganitong product

so, is there anyone here naka experience ng ganito?
