Help GCash auto deducted Youtube Premium but payment is not reflected on app
hi, balak ko sana iupgrade yung premium ko kasi nakalite sya nung una kaya nicancel ko tas magresubscribe doon sa premium na 189 pesos. nakalagay sa app na subscription will end on may 10 tas pagtingin ko sa gcash nakadeduct na yung 109. nag file na ko ng ticket and sabi sa gcash successful daw pero di naman nareflect sa youtube yung 109. kasi diba kung nag go through yung payment ang nakalagay dapat na end ay june 10?
now here are my questions:
a. now that ive cancelled yung subscription automatic ba sya magrefund o need ko pa makipagusap sa gcash o youtube para makuha yung pera? kasi sabi ng gcash coordinate with the merchant daw.
b. how do i reach youtube regarding this? nakalagay sa google request refund sa google play, pag nasa google play naman na there is no option for a refund kasi nga nacancel ko na. i am hoping na i can talk to their customer service.
