Without any photography experience, bought my first camera/lens in Japan, the Fujifilm XT-50 / 18-55 f/2.8-4 in Japan and fell in love with photography. So excited to keep taking photos! IG: worldwith.hien
Boy does this len hunt for focus when it's a low-contrast scene. Frustratingly so, with loads of missed shots of birds in flight, as the lens searches for something to grip onto. But in good light, with good contrast and a definitive subject/relatively controlled area to work within / latch onto, it works very well.
The stabilisation is utterly incredible - 400mm rock steady. It's mighty impressive. I would love to have better focus latching for faster moving stuff (birds, planes, superman) but this is the first time I've been impressed with the lens, shooting these birds.
All taken with an X-T4 on CH15fps - 1/2000 | f/6.4-8 | ISO1600 all at 400mm
We had a beautiful sunny day in Alberta. Perfect time to try out Vibrant Arizona with minor tweaks.
I found this bug in a forest of Việt Nam. don't know if it is defending or hunting??

This pictures were on one of my most successful street photography posts on instagram, what do you think about the colours?
I've being shooting now for 3 years, and I didn't find my color editing style, how can I reach a consistency in colours?
Feedback welcome. Black and white recipe with a red filter. Snapseed for the borders.
Hello, shot these images on the fujifilm x100f. The first three images are edited as well, but the rest of them are shot only with the film simulations
I absolutely loved the camera, I bought a used one and paid quite a bit, but I absolutely do not regret buying it. The ease and convenience with which I was able to shoot in a city is unparalleled. Plus it made travelling a lot more enjoyable. I am not even a professional photographer and used to click pictures a few years back on a canon 1300d. I decided to get this camera just so that I have a compact camera and can rebuilt my hobby. It was the wisest decision I took. My only complaint is the battery life is very bad, one battery would barely last me half a day. I am not sure if it’s because the batteries are old ( the camera is around 8 years old) or it’s just because the batteries are smaller and generally have only so much capacity. But other than that, no complaints no regrets.
Apologies if this is a dumb question, moving from Nikon to Fuji - is this the fabled 'magic' lens everyone is talking about? Or do I need to be searching for an older model? Thank you!
Left the big kit at home for this trip and kept it simple with just the x100vi.
These were all taken with the Fujinon 23mm f2.8 lens :)
What a treat it was to drive along this road with the sun out.
All shot on the XT5 with a mixture of the XF23mm/27mm/35mm F2
I’m very confused about the 7artisans AutoFocus 35mm F1.4 and VILTROX 35mm f/1.7 F1.7 Auto Focus
I’m so into dreamy and cinematic shots, rich depth of field and bokeh so which one do you recommend!?
