I received my 15 Pro Max that I ordered with the $14 plan last weekend. I have the phone but haven’t received even one email from Fido while others are posting that they’ve received estimates. Right now I can see the financing discount but the plan is saying it’s $90. Is there a way for me to generate a bill for next month’s charges? I’m underwhelmed with the 81% battery health and won’t keep the phone if it’s a $95 plan. My bill isn’t until the 14th so I’ll be out of the return period before it generates.

After trying to call Fido about changing my account plan (because I'm old and don't trust I'll click the right thing...in fact I'm worried I'm just adding a cheaper plan to the current overpriced plan), All I could get was "Jack" on the site, or the virtual assistant on the phone. Both are very leading and only want you to answer the prompts they give, and they disconnect you if you deviate from the plan with you're request that is outside the prompts.

So, you are given the option to schedule with a human, my options were today 3 hours ahead of when I called, or times available projected over the next few days.

So I question: How many real human customer service reps are paid and employed there? Are they treated and paid better than those from the old days of when we'd immediately (or within 20 minutes on hold)?

Also, I have convictions on the use of AI given the light shed on data centres, so as someone that avoids using all the AI stuff that's fun like image/video creation and GPT style stuff, I don't like the idea that my bill is directly going to a company that is AI heavy. So, does anyone know of phone companies available in Ontario that avoid using AI?

And I don't want anyone to feel like I think they're a jerk for enjoying AI stuff, this is just a me-problem I'm asking about, like to help me find a work around on the little issue I'm facing.

Ordered the CPO S24 Ultra for $10/month with that weekend promo on Saturday night. Only update from Fido has been the bill estimate. No updates on shipping.

Has anyone received their device or a back order email yet? Not sure if I’m just being impatient and should wait until next week to call them.

Like many of you I also jumped on the iPhone 15 pro max certified pre-owned phone & ordered the blue one.

However, it’ll now be a week and my order still says it’s in progress.

The other three phones ordered showed up, but no news at all on this one.

Did any of you face this type of delay? Did you get any updates? I’m only able to speak with a rep on Saturday.

Also did you guys get the promotion that was going on? Or what happened on that forefront?

3 of the plans - contracts I received are NOT showing the discounts. It simply states $95 for the plan and $60+ for the device

For the phone plan where I am waiting on the phone, it shows the estimated total of $34 + tax which is higher than the $29 which was originally promoted.

I’m concerned only one phone plan will get the discounts, meanwhile the others won’t.

Also, I noticed that the device already had tax included in the contract, but then it showed me that it’s $34 plus applicable taxes. Does this mean that I will be taxed on top of the taxed phone?

Anyone know if I get the Fido tablet data only plan and use the esim for my galaxy watch will it work? I don't want to switch to Rogers just to have lte for smartwatch. All I need is whatsapp on the watch cuz work don't allow phones inside.
