How do I release thoracolumbar fascia?

Anyone had success releasing 10 year old thoracolumbar fascial adhesions/fibrosis?

it's causing me myriad of physical and cns symptoms.

the only method i found to be slowly working is walking daily. but it's been 1 year and feel very little relief.

i have no idea what to do because my fascia is basically glued to my pelvis and the nerves cant glide.

how do i fix a stone?

please if someone had success fixing this let me know...

Groin-jaw linkage? Help me understand

Hi everyone,

Last year, while doing TRE (a fascia-based bodywork exercise, google it to know better), I heard a crack/plop/a sound coming from my right groin area. From that moment on I developed strange symptoms, such as a rotation in the penis (rotated on itself toward left), discoloration and ED (both of them probably because of the lack of blood flow), a forwarded (and slightly internally rotated) right hip and kind of compensations throughout the whole right side, from the middle of the foot to the kneee to the shoulder and the jaw, which seems to be “misplaced”.

Still have no idea what exactly happened, just a few hypothesis, still trying to understand and to fix everything.

Lately I realized that, if I contract enough my groin muscles, I can hear a plop in my jaw. How is it possible? Is it fascia related?

Unwinding

Witnessing my body unwind itself through the process of fascia release has been one of the craziest experiences of my life. I will tell myself I’m just going to lay in a supported position for only a few minutes as a “break” from working and next thing I know I’m pulled into this really deep, relieving feeling that feels almost automatic, like my body is doing something on its own that I don’t want to interrupt.

There’s also a layer of fear I didn’t expect. Not panic, just this subtle uneasiness because it’s unfamiliar and I don’t fully understand what’s happening. Part of me trusts it completely, and part of me is still trying to make sense of it. For context, I had a neck injury that affected everything from my jaw down to my pelvis, and my diaphragm and ribs were really restricted. So sometimes I do feel hesitant about fully letting go, even when it feels good.

But I can’t fully put into words what this actually feels like. It’s deep, almost like something is unwinding in real time. I just wanted to share my experience and would love to hear if anyone else has felt something similar.

Hi everyone

Does anyone know of a good resource for myofascial sling exercises (anterior, posterior, deep longitudinal, lateral)? I come across random videos and sites with a couple of exercises here and there, but I'm looking for something like a glossary or a catalogue.

Cheers!
