Hi everyone

Does anyone know of a good resource for myofascial sling exercises (anterior, posterior, deep longitudinal, lateral)? I come across random videos and sites with a couple of exercises here and there, but I'm looking for something like a glossary or a catalogue.

Hi everyone.

A few weeks ago I was doing some quadruped rock backs, when I felt a pull in the area highlighted in the pictures (circle on my back). Ever since, I have experienced pain, tightness, and discomfort, whenever I rotate, side bend, breathe very deeply, or do either of the movements performed in the pictures. I generally don't feel it when sitting or standing straight, but I wouldn't say I've found anything that makes it feel 'good'.

I now it's hard to tell from a couple of pictures and a description, but I was hoping someone might have an idea what this might be. Maybe to someone it's obvious. If there is someone here that's experienced a similar thing, I'd love to know what they did to get rid of it.
