Anyone else having an issue with the tier credits being countess for the Our place bet and get ? I’ve gained 910 tier credits since the promo started but it only shows in the promo that I’ve gained 91 tier credits. That would have been under the old tier credit system before they added a 0 to the end of all the numbers . You get a $50 dollar gift card for every 500 tier credits earned

How do I speak to someone directly in the accounts team? The customer service chat is no help.

Edit: I contacted support yesterday and was informed of delays. I had a super helpful support person that told me I ended net positive over the weekend but gave me some casino credits anyway. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with support and recently and the second time they not only made it right but blessed me. I know Fanatics has its issues but I’ve been very pleased with certain aspects lately.

I always used to get fancash & tier points for almost every transaction, but the day after the Super Bowl they just stopped giving me credit. It shows when placing the bet, but after just disappears. No tier points. No fancash. When I reached out to their support team several times they were no help at all.

Anyone else have issues w them??

Just curious…. I have been doing the free daily shuffle for months now and I have yet to even get a dollar, is it legit? Has anyone ever won?

Did anybody receive there loss backs today?
