Edit: I contacted support yesterday and was informed of delays. I had a super helpful support person that told me I ended net positive over the weekend but gave me some casino credits anyway. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with support and recently and the second time they not only made it right but blessed me. I know Fanatics has its issues but I’ve been very pleased with certain aspects lately.

On a separate note, does everyone have prolific assistant or is that a 3rd party tool?
