buyer wont pick up parcel - it’s been almost 3 weeks
So I sent a parcel and it reached the collection point on the 23rd April. I checked when the last day to collect was, and messaged them on that day (I only ever remind buyers on the very last day to pick up). They said they would and it’s exam season which if fine. Then another week later it still hadn’t been picked up and i hadn’t received it back. It’s now almost 3 weeks and vinted customer support have been about as helpful as they always are (not very).
it’s kinda just a rant but also what the hell do i do
