I'm new to modding and I don't understand 

Asking for reasons. Fashion reasons.

I was wanting to merge the More Map Variants, Dark of Night, Ds3 + SoTE Weapons, the compatibility patch, seamless co op, and the Skin Overhaul mod

Does anyone know how I could do this?

I'm brand new to pc gaming, and after playing through this game multiple times on xbox I wanna run through it again but modded. I wamma run seamless coop for my friends, cheat engine so I can play from the beginning with fun dlc weapons, and convergence but I have no idea where to even begin. Any and all help is appreciated.

So..I'm not really good at souls games...so I'm asking folks who are. Looking for a newb friendly class for Convergence mod. Thank you for any insight.

I know that the title is a bit vague and you probably don't know what I mean. What I meant was that I wonder why there aren't any mods that explore socials dynamics between the tarnished of the lands between. All dialogues feels isolated and it kinda revolves around your engagement. Like if we could see and hear live dialogue between Sorcerer Rogier and D, that would've been cool. Or the spirit tuner lady and Hewg. I think it would've bringed more context around how people see and treat one another. Mods that gives more exploration around the real game's lore instead of just adding new spells and armaments, or alternate realities, would be so cool in general.

Making Elden Ring into a game where you can engage with the environments, characters and factions in more ways than just killing them for runes would give the game a richer flavour, but I acknowledge how hard it would be to make such a mod without the mod feeling out of touch with the main game. Even dlc's struggles to integrate their stories into the main game. Dlc's often have a way of feeling like an extension of the game that still feels seperate and not something that's naturally blended with the main game. The same goes with mods.

However, I'm losing track of the point of this reddit post. Hope y'all have at least some idea of what I'm blabbering about xD

Hello, sorry if this has already been answered, but I just couldn't find a post about it that answered my question. I was wondering if there's a way to copy/dupe my "character" in my save file, so I could still have all my relics & remembrances done on a second load. I'm currently sitting at max depth in DoN and usually duo or solo queue. Recently got another friend to pick the game back up again and he has not touched DoN at all. Been playing normal mode with him, however I wish I could start over with him from depth 1 without having to derank or lose all my relics/progress by starting a completely new character. Just want to be able to queue with him when he's got the time and then be able to switch back to my normal deep 5 games. Is there way to do that, that hopefully doesn't involve tedious/possibly ban worthy save file editing? Thanks in advance!

TL;DR I'm at max depth and wish to play with a friend that hasn't played DoN at all. Can I dupe my current progress, so I can play with him in 1 without having to derank or grind everything again?

Hey everyone! Not sure how active elden ring still is. Long story short I just got back into it again, and I couldn’t find a mod to “auto discard duplicate items” as I’ve made mods for this feature in other games and previous souls titles. So I made one :) Anyways, is this something people would want/I should put on nexusmods? Thanks :) long story short it auto discards any Armor, Weapon, or Shield you already have. But still allows other drops, ie godrick soldier say you’re fighting the sword one but you already have the sword and 3 pieces of armor. But you’re missing the gauntlets, you could still get the smithing stone, bolts, etc. but you will never pick up or see the pieces you already have. Hope that makes sense

I played through convergence like a year ago a few times. Has there been any major mods worth taking a look at since then? I tried reforged, but it didn't hook me, it just felt like the base game again, but maybe I didn't give it enough of a shot.

Ps. Is garden of eyes still saying their mod is "gonna be free eventually" or did they quit their BS

Does anybody have any cute preset or some nice armor replacement mods for a female character? I’d really like something that looks visually pleasing and feels more on the “cute and pretty” side rather than dark. If you have any recommendations (presets, armor mods, or even full character overhauls), I’d really appreciate it.

Desperately trying to figure this out as I know the mod is purposely limiting player counts, I just want to bypass it and am having a hard time figuring out what to do to change it. Our friend group is around 10 players who very much want to play together, I didn't realise that since the DLC that the limit was set to 6

Wanted to play with the Erringulator mod again, but it only works on 1.14.1, and downpatching with the steam console (download_depot) doesnt include the exe file. I tried just moving the exe from the actual steam game folder to the depot folder but obviously that doesn't work. any solutions?
