Hi everyone, i am getting my first douglas and im so excited! Im looking for name inspo for her. My other essa is named cookie so I wanted to stick with names sorta like that. Bakery/sweets/etc. And if anyone has any cool theme ideas for accessories. :)

The kandi around his neck is hard to see because of the collar but it says "living fossil" and I made it myself!

I'm 21. I carry my essa(s) with me everywhere. Work, shopping, hanging with friends.

They help with my ptsd. Having something weighted I can hold and squish. I can't afford to get a service dog, and I can't bring my esa cat with me places. But I feel like I should just suck it up and deal with it. I'm too old to have a stuffie with me everywhere I go. :(

I’ve brought my two ESSA’s with me to the doctor’s appointment and to do some errands yesterday and we went to the Tractor Supply store, I’ve bought them some name tags, they look so cute on them!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Today was a weird day. I spent most of it painting for my final exam (I have 2 days left😭) and when I got home I was exhausted because I was standing the entire time (I forgot to take breaks.)

But I was feeling down so I asked my mom if she wanted to go into the woods with me to photograph Zireael (my ESSA, pictured) because she’s a self-taught photographer and all the pictures came out so lovely!

Just now she actually texted me that 10 years ago today we also went out and took pictures of my plushies 💚 silly coincidence!!

On the left is Regina, and on the right is a brand new Douglas Corgi.
