This is one of my favorites stuffed dog Calypso, she’s an Webkinz Signature Australian Shepherd and she has such the cutest face ever, she’s so soft and adorable too!!! I’ve had a real life Australian Shepherd dog when I was little, sadly she got ran over but she looks exactly like her. Do you have any Webkinz Signature dogs or other animals that you like to carry around or spend some time??

Unfortunately, I have fallen down and twisted my knee and fully torn my MPFL ligament really badly recently; it has been very painful and difficult lately. I have been taking my painkillers every five to eight hours and before I go to bed, but I keep waking up around 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM every morning from the bad pain. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for me that I could sleep through the night without waking up? I am a side sleeper and I keep rolling on my left side, but I try not to put both of my knees together, so I have put a pillow between them.

Biscuits/Gravy and B-Dawg have been chilling here with me lately because I've fully torn my MPFL ligament about one to two months ago. I'm not allowed to walk around very much and I have to rest it a lot; I'm going to have surgery on it sometime soon, which I'm very nervous about, to be honest…. When I went to the doctor's appointment the other day, I found a pretty charm necklace with the letter B on it, so I thought it would be perfect on B-Dawg - know it doesn't match the one in the movie, but it still looks so cute on him. I also found these cutest stuffed wolf and dog at the local Ski Resort Lodge and they’re so cute and adorable!!! Which one of your ESSA's are hanging out with you?? I absolutely love them both so much!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My two stuffed dog and horse, Biscuits/Gravy and Blondie, got to come with me on their first outing to the doctor's appointment yesterday, and they really helped me calm down a lot. They are so soft and adorable; the nurses really thought Gravy was cute and adorable. Unfortunately I have to have knee surgery as soon as possible and I’m so nervous. I took Blondie inside the store with me, and everyone looked at me, but I didn't care. They're so cute and adorable; I'm going to continue bonding with them for a bit. Gravy looks almost like my real-life dog Bella; he has the same markings as hers. Who's hanging out with you today or yesterday?

This is my first knee injury or any major injury for that matter. Around 2-3 weeks ago, I fell down backward and twisted my left knee outwards and the knee cap got dislocated and relocated which resulted in an MPFL tear. The doctor wants me to wait for surgery and recommended 12-15 sessions of physical therapy initially. Currently, I cannot bend or straighten my knee out either way and I can only keep it slightly bent with the help of a brace. I’m going to go to a different orthopedic surgeon and get a second opinion….

According to the one orthopedic doctor, physical therapy is for strengthening the muscles around the knee.

Can someone explain like I am five the following three questions?

1. How exactly the physical therapy will heal my injury?

2. I've been told that ligaments don't get blood flow(I may be wrong here). How exactly will the torn ligament get healed ? Will it reattach like a bone or will a new ligament get generated ?

3. What exactly is the healing process here and what can I do to my best ability to let it heal as fast as possible?
