since diablo 2 resurrected got the warlock class recently which was not in the original diablo 2, could there be possibility for diablo 1 / hellfire to also get a new class such as the necromancer for example, that would be nice because its the only game without this class and its cool, but could be other class as well, also it would take less effort to make one for this instead
r/Diablo1
I realize there is a "maximum" you can be on strength category. So, I lost I bit of gold hahaha
Edit: for those who ask: I am a lvl 36 now, Warrior class, playing on Hell mode, and using Duckstation (PS1 emulator)
just wanted to show off a bit. it cannot be more unfinished than that and it contains so many placeholders but it is fun to build !
I think I got the mood right. :) What do you think ?
Hi guys, I recently started my first play through as a warrior on normal. I thought I was doing well then I got to level 10 and the Deathwings wrecked me.
So I did what I thought I was correct and started a new game on the same character. I assumed the quest items and drops would be more powerful as I’m higher level, but they are the same the second time through. I’m wearing all uniques from quests atm and don’t seem to be able to find any upgrades? Have I messed up? Or am I missing something?
Yep, that's a lot of killing...
I used the ingame trick to count kills, but recently I asked Qndel to make me a tool to track how much total kills I have and to be easier to display them on Stream, I didn't even expect to be close to 1 million yet alone 2. The ingame counter was running for 4-5 years now, I leveled 3-4 characters to 50 with it so yeah it takes a while to build up that count.
Here's a video of when that happened: https://www.twitch.tv/d1_constantine/clip/BrightApatheticCoffeePartyTime-FLiFq1N5R9LX1zmp

would like a endgame dungeon mod for D1
My dream mod would be a game vanilla experience like devilution but with a good endgame system.
Once you beat diablo on hell diff, an endgame dungeon opens up with progressively harder levels and bosses.
With no option to go to town but instead try to go as deep as possible surviving on the items you find only.
