My dream mod would be a game vanilla experience like devilution but with a good endgame system.

Once you beat diablo on hell diff, an endgame dungeon opens up with progressively harder levels and bosses.

With no option to go to town but instead try to go as deep as possible surviving on the items you find only.

What a fun game. Still holds up really good nowadays.

So i beat Diablo and doing some lazarus runs to find better gear.

But i wonder if there is any purpose playing nightmare and hell except for the challenge.

Are there some uniques or affixes/suffixes that only drop on those difficulties?

I was planning to max out my rogue to see how much damage i can get.
