It’s Mango season here in India and we have the most delicious mangoes in the worlllld!

I just HAD to make it count. ^.^

Raspberry puree mixed with no bake cheesecake filling drizzle with a liquidy white chocolate ganache (i messed it up lol hence liquidy)

Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!

Waffles with some PB & Nutella smeared on top & a fat scoop of leftover loaded Reese’s ice cream sundae I made previously .

Tasted great ! Next time I'm thinking of adding some powdered freeze dried bananas in the frosting to have a stronger banana flavour, but honestly even without it you could feel this frosting taste like a banana milkshake.
