Banana Milkshake Mascarpone Cupcakes

Tasted great ! Next time I'm thinking of adding some powdered freeze dried bananas in the frosting to have a stronger banana flavour, but honestly even without it you could feel this frosting taste like a banana milkshake.

Credits to Love, Manuela app , I got the frosting recipe from here , she has so many delicious frosting recipes.

Is this how salted halva blondies looks like in the inside or they are raw?

My oven always finsihes faster what do u think?

What desserts i can make with sakura powder?

I bought it because I thought of making a sakura flavour cheesecake but then I realised that the powder won't provide enough flavour i think it'll be more of the aroma and slight after taste, so any recommendations?

Phenomenal coconut cake

This cake is not what you think it is !! The vanilla coconut ganache taste almost identical to raffaello chocolate, and the almond praline between the layers and a bit of feuilletine flakes makes the flavour into next level !! And the cake was moist and had coconut flavor as well. For me ganache is way better than buttercream. Although the cake is perfect, next time I'll try to make the cake without butter because I'm not a huge fan of butter cakes I think they are quite denser than normal sponge cakes . I wish the ganache was pipable because I had a hard time piping it.

This chiffon cake was baked properly, I only added parchment paper on the bottom without greasing. Edit ; idk if many realise this but the cake you see is upside down.

Doesn't look very professional or bakery style but I'll do better next time.

I liked the cake, my only issue is the cream was way too sweet of my taste. I feel like next time when I do a buttercream frosting cake , I'll go with genoise instead, I felt like the buttercream was heavier for chiffon. Edit ; tbh I realised I'm not a fan of buttercream 🙂 next time I'll use cream based frosting.

I swear I followed the steps and I did genoise multiple times yet still they didn't rise!!

I can't even make 3 layer cake from this.

The cake was bouncy though so I don't think it'll be dense , it'll work for Victoria cake or fraiser.

That's it! Fuck genoise!

I'll start making chiffon cake instead.

If anyone is starting a genoise hate club please let me be the leader.
