Im trying to look ahead in time for a future roommate since my current one is planning to leave once the lease is up (End of august).
- I live on the first floor, and currently we are paying around $1350… ONLY because we signed a 6 month lease. Long term lease was around $1250 if i remember correctly.
- Electric, W/D is being rented, and the Internet are separate from the rent
- Place is in the middle of denton, so getting around is relatively easy
- Same as i said before, I am looking for someone more long term, chill, preferably a clean person that picks up after themselves
- I am a 21 (soon to be 22 y/o) female but im open to having a male roommate.
- I also have a cat who loves people, and got along with my roommates big dog within a week of introducing them

Circle Jerks emerged from the punk underbelly of LA’s South Bay in 1979. After serving as a co-founder and lead vocalist of Black Flag during the recording of its essential Nervous Breakdown EP, Keith Morris joined forces with former Redd Kross guitarist Greg Hetson to form what would become Circle Jerks, along with bassist Roger Rogerson and jazz drummer Lucky Lehrer. Unlike much of the unapologetic hardcore that seeped through the cracks of American suburbia, the music of the Circle Jerks was thoughtfully steadfast, yet relentless and ferocious in nature. Hi im still looking for someone to take over my lease for this up coming summer, it can be as soon as possible preferably the beginning of may, lease ends 07/31. I do have a roommate who’s a student male 22, he’s nice doesn’t say much and stays in his room the whole time (Im female and have had no issues with him) you would have your own bathroom and rooms are separated by the kitchen, theres a third room thats empty (no bathroom or closet) that could be for someone else or used as an office. The rent is $672 per month and the water & trash bill are included in that, the electricity bill is roughly $60 a month and we split that.
