Summer Roommate near CVAD
Hi im still looking for someone to take over my lease for this up coming summer, it can be as soon as possible preferably the beginning of may, lease ends 07/31. I do have a roommate who’s a student male 22, he’s nice doesn’t say much and stays in his room the whole time (Im female and have had no issues with him) you would have your own bathroom and rooms are separated by the kitchen, theres a third room thats empty (no bathroom or closet) that could be for someone else or used as an office. The rent is $672 per month and the water & trash bill are included in that, the electricity bill is roughly $60 a month and we split that. Its literally a 2 minute walk to the art building (CVAD) and fry street, please let me know if you’re interested!!
