Long story short, due to a glitch in LIMIT ORDER, my MEBL shares were over sold and I had a negative shares of 6 (I also got extra cash)

I was called by Next Capital who asked me to buy shares to offset at evening. I agreed but I asked for email for paper trail.

I send them an email regardless and start taking screenshots especially of the CASH BOOK

I can prove it because my email trade alerts for the extra purchase doesn't have the extra purchase

Next day they start to ask me when will I buy shares I say i will buy at the price i got -6 shares sold (the extra cash in my ledger would be used here so no biggie I bought it)

I cleared it up an hour later with around 20rs loss in fee and FED (sell and repurchase). Anyway

On the third day I noticed 3119 deducted from my account, 6 shares deposited to my account. Upon checking the retards actually purchased the shares at 519 !!! When MEBL hit 519 this week WTF

That gives me a loss of over 200 considering how bad the market is and i wanted to invest in the time

I have logged a complaint in SECP portal under UNAUTHORIZED TRADE

Please guys help and guide me further how can i take action? Its not about 200 rs although i would hate even 1rs wrong deduction but WTH is this

I have gathered as much evidence as possible and structured it in complaint box and a PDF file

Has anyone complaint on wrong deduction got it resolved?

My friend booked the top of the line variant of Jaecoo by paying a hefty booking amount of Rs. 15 Lakh, while the remaining amount was around Rs. 63 Lakh. At the time of booking, the authorized dealer in Bahria Town Lahore clearly assured that there would be NO cancellation charges if he decided to withdraw later.

But now, after seeing unfavorable reviews and complaints from many customers regarding Jaecoo, he decided to cancel the booking for peace of mind. Shockingly, the dealer is now demanding cancellation charges based on the TOTAL vehicle price instead of the booking amount. 😳

This is completely unfair and against the commitment made at the time of booking. Customers should not be trapped through false promises and hidden conditions after investing their hard-earned money.

We trusted an authorized dealership, not a roadside showroom.

Now he decided to take this matter to Consumer Court to seek justice and teach a lesson to those dealerships that think customers can be manipulated easily.

⚖️ Consumers have rights.

⚠️ Always get every commitment in writing before making any booking.

Today i went to karachi haleem phase 6 bukhari branch where i have been going since past 3 days for my lunch. I ordered daal chawal which were unavailable due to getting burnt during cooking process (as said by the server) hence i settled for a chicken pulao. When i reached last bites of my pulao i noticed a dead fly in the plate (there were no flies in the dining area) and i complained about it to their server. I did not think much of it and thought that it might be a one time mistake and karachi haleem is a brand known for its quality. However, when i got up to pay the bill and went to the counter i noticed the cashier (picture attached, name as told by the server: jamal) saying words along the line of “bhen*hod pagal thori hun akhri niwale mei makhi agayi to change kardu” (i did not ask anyone to change my dish as i just accepted it as a one time mistake, the server, unbeknown to me, asked the cashier for it himself) and jamal also said “bat (distribute) thori raha hai, abdullah shah ghazi ke mazar pe bat ta hai wahan jake khale isey bol” not knowing that the customer standing on the counter is me, the one of whom he is talking about. I just payed the bill of 580 and left but took the picture of jamal as he was unwilling to tell his full name.

⚠️ Public Awareness Regarding JazzCash × Cheezious Cashback Campaign

On 29 April 2026, I placed an online order at worth Rs. 5,723 and paid through specifically because of their heavily advertised “50% Cashback for Women Account Holders” campaign.

I fulfilled every stated condition:
• I am a Women Account holder
• Transaction date was 29 April
• Payment was made online
• Merchant was Cheezious
• Payment method was JazzCash

Yet the promised cashback has still not been provided.

This raises serious concerns about misleading promotional campaigns being used to attract customer orders and transactions without honoring the advertised benefits afterward. Customers should not be lured into spending based on offers that companies later avoid fulfilling through excuses or vague responses.

• Amount: Rs. 5,723
• TID: 710534924402
• Expected Cashback: Rs. 2,861.5 (as per campaign terms/cap)

I am requesting JazzCash to immediately process the promised cashback and provide transparent clarification publicly.

If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to:
• (PTA)
• Sbp
• Consumer protection forums and public complaint platforms

People deserve honest campaigns, not fabricated promotional tactics used to increase sales and transactions.
