Today i went to karachi haleem phase 6 bukhari branch where i have been going since past 3 days for my lunch. I ordered daal chawal which were unavailable due to getting burnt during cooking process (as said by the server) hence i settled for a chicken pulao. When i reached last bites of my pulao i noticed a dead fly in the plate (there were no flies in the dining area) and i complained about it to their server. I did not think much of it and thought that it might be a one time mistake and karachi haleem is a brand known for its quality. However, when i got up to pay the bill and went to the counter i noticed the cashier (picture attached, name as told by the server: jamal) saying words along the line of “bhen*hod pagal thori hun akhri niwale mei makhi agayi to change kardu” (i did not ask anyone to change my dish as i just accepted it as a one time mistake, the server, unbeknown to me, asked the cashier for it himself) and jamal also said “bat (distribute) thori raha hai, abdullah shah ghazi ke mazar pe bat ta hai wahan jake khale isey bol” not knowing that the customer standing on the counter is me, the one of whom he is talking about. I just payed the bill of 580 and left but took the picture of jamal as he was unwilling to tell his full name.
